Monument at the pass of Le Linge to the memory of the dead
persons of the 5th BCP and, in particular, to the Major
Barberot, killed here on August 4th 1915. As most
monuments of the world war, it had to be destroyed by the
occupying power at the time of World War II. It will be
happily saved, thanks to the action of some patriotic
people. |

To be noted the incredible proximity of the firsts ligns
French and German one, far between only ten meters,
sometimes less. |
